excellent area for city strolls and park visits

I had a wonderful stay, enjoying the comfortable rooms and the really helpful housekeeping staff. The hotel is just a short walk from beautiful Jheel Park and iconic India Gate, making it perfect for exploring New Delhi's vibrant streets and lush green spaces.

Didn't like anything, except location.

During our stay, we really appreciated the spacious Deluxe Double room that had a cozy sitting area perfect for winding down after exploring. The staff were incredibly friendly and made sure we were comfortable throughout our five-night stay, helping us with any requests we had. The location was also excellent, with plenty of nearby attractions and eateries to explore, which made our trip even better.

The hotel advertised itself as a 5-star, but the

experience was far from it. The cleanliness was severely lacking, with rusted bathroom fixtures and an alarming presence of cockroaches. Additionally, the management was unhelpful when I attempted to resolve early departure charges.

Breakfast had freshly baked croissants and healthy options. Staff were super friendly and helpful, making sure all needs were met. Great location with easy access to local sights.

The executive rooms on the 5th floor are recently renovated and much better.

The bathroom had a water leakage and a very wet floor.

The room was pretty cramped, felt a bit small. There were no slippers or mats unless you ask for them, which is annoying. The bathroom situation was rough—flush issues and low water pressure. I had to call a plumber a few times! They eventually agreed to switch my room, but it was close to check-out time. Overall, not the best stay.
